“ Absolutely delicious! The man working the register and I think also making all the food himself was so kind and friendly. He also waited our table which I was very surprised about! He was very informative when we told him it was our first time and he’s a lovely conversation. But then he also gave us our quality time with just our table. 10/10 highly recommend just for him. The birria tacos street style were delicious. And they have specials everyday I believe except Sunday. Very good traditional and modern Mexican. They even serve tamales! Which I was so excited to see. It is a bit small. So groups of 1-3 is probably best. ”

“ The gentleman at the counter was very polite. I got to birria tacos, and I told him to surprise me with a third one, and he gave me an El Pastore, which is actually my favorite kind of taco. The green sauce was unbelievably very good, very citrusy very very very good. It was very nice. I sat down and ate and it was out in like five minutes and he brought it to the table which was awesome. I wish that I got a side of chips and salsa I for sure will next. I also wish that they had the consummate to go with the birria tacos. I don’t know if that was an option to add onto it. 10/10 would recommend and will be back. ”

“ Just stopped into Happy Taco for a photo shoot and owner Santiago and his associates were awesome, friendly, and quick to please. A variety of food was made for the shoot and it all looked delicious. Was able to sample the Pizza Birria and it was pretty good. I also got to take out a Quesadilla Fajita and it was absolutely filled with meat, spicy and very delicious! If you're in Brighton and want to try a different Mexican place, this business is pretty new so give them a shot! ”
